Andrew uses a myriad of diagnostic tools to create a strategic approach to professional development. These tools identify issues and perceptions that affect change management, strategic progression and operational success. They provide valuable feedback in the assessment of individual and organisational issues prior to the preparation of learning solutions.
To link the professional development of management and staff to the strategic and operational requirements, our diagnostic tools measure staff engagement, leadership effectiveness, or manager competency.
Client surveys are collaboratively produced with the client management team. They can be used to answer a specific question, or they can be used more broadly as a part of a workforce development plan. For example, a survey could be used to evaluate individual positions, link them to strategic and operational objectives, and produce a staff skills audit. This audit could form the basis and benchmarks for a skills assessment of each staff member. By having management and staff review and set mutual expectations for competency and skill, a strong basis for moving forward is created.
