Alan Gill

Since joining the High Performance team in 2010 after 20 years as a leader and manager in vocational education and consulting, Alan has worked with a range of commercial, not for profit and government organisations. As both a consultant and facilitator at High Performance, Alan gains unique insights into Tasmanian organisations. He is passionate about developing managers’ skills for them to support innovation, planning, business management and effective teamwork via communication.  In his blogs he shares his thoughts about his client consulting work and facilitation projects and the challenges he sometimes encounters. One of Alan’s talents is his ability to work with staff and leaders at all levels of an organisation, from the shop floor to the front-line supervisor to the board room, and this interaction brings interesting insights and comments in his blogs for your consideration and comment. Alan welcomes your input and debate on the topics he raises in his regular blogs.
