All High Performance learning and development course designers and facilitators are qualified trainers, each holding at least a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
Andrew Reimer
Principal
Originally from California, our Managing Director brings over 30 years of corporate leadership, divisional/operational management and marketing/solution selling experience from the Media Industry in America and Australia. As both a business owner and an Australian corporate strategist, Andrew brings world’s best practices to issues surrounding cultural and change management, client/stakeholder involvement and operational talent development. In his many years as a consultant to a range of Australian companies and organisations, Andrew has acquired a reputation as a passionate advocate of world-class leadership, management, and business development strategies. Andrew received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Berkeley. His post graduate studies include work with the Sterling Insitute Washington, D.C. (emotional intelligence), and Gallup University (recruitment, talent management). Andrew also holds a TAA Cert IV qualification.
Christine Storm
Senior Consultant and Course Design/Facilitator
Christine Storm is an engaging trainer and facilitator with 30 years experience in sales and business management. Starting as a sales representative for Xerox Corporation, Christine developed her leadership and management skills at the Dale Carnegie Management School in Sydney. She has designed and delivered customised programs for clients including Telstra Countrywide, Fonezone, Harris Scarfe, Bakers Delight, Banjos and Beaurepaires. Her specialties include manager development, communication, teamwork and customer service. She is an experienced facilitator and trainer who “brings alive” her material to apply to “real life” situations.
Christine holds a Cert IV accreditation in Business Management, Financial Services, Frontline Retail Management, and Training and Assessment.
Alan Gill
Senior Facilitator/ Course Design
As a leader and manager in vocational education and consulting for over 20 years, Alan is an experienced educator and facilitator. Working with all levels of staff and a range of corporate, government and private organisations, he has provided training and assessment for VET qualifications from Certificate I through Advanced Diploma AQF levels. Moving from Victoria to Tasmania in recent years, he brings his facilitation skills and business experience to High Performance clients in the state. Alan has designed, delivered and assessed in a range of accredited and non-accredited programs and is a dynamic facilitator in group workshops, one on one coaching and e-learning. He most enjoys coaching managers in areas of innovation, planning, staff management, business management and communication. Alan managed and developed a team of learning and development consultants over his 20 year career at TAFE and his own organisation. Alan also holds a TAA Cert IV qualification.
Susanne Rose
Facilitator/Course Design
As a leader and manager in call centres for 16 years, Susanne is a professional in leading, developing, and motivating staff. Believing the greatest asset of any business is people; Susanne has created and implemented successful training programs across diverse workforces. She believes exceptional verbal and written communication skills are key in creating the highest levels of customer service and staff engagement. Susanne understands the importance of leadership to team success and has extensive experience dentifying and mentoring future leaders. She is recognized as an engaging and entertaining facilitator. Her specialties include project management, teamwork, communication and supervision. Her enthusiasm and knowledge make her presentations educational and inspirational.
Suzanne holds a Diploma of Business in Frontline Management from Melbourne Business School, as well as an Advanced Diploma of Business Management from the University of Ballarat. Susanne also holds a TAA Cert IV qualification.
Ann Reimer
Business Manager and Facilitator
Ann has worked for 25 years in non-profit and profit businesses, establishing and administering financial systems as well as customer relationship databases. Originally from the US, she worked there as a senior level systems analyst for the Department of Defence. As a facilitator, she brings a wealth of experience, but also enthusiasm and humour to her classes in finance, business writing and systems management. As a consultant and business coach, Ann works one on one with many clients to implement new systems and approaches.
Ann received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. Ann also holds a TAA Cert IV qualification.
