Demi is the cheery voice on the phone; after years working in retail she understands the importance of customer service!  In 2011, Demi earned a Bachelor of Arts with majors in English and Classics and a post-graduate Honours degree in English from the University of Tasmania.  Her honours thesis was ‘Superficial monstrosity: subversions of horror in the films of Tim Burton.’ We are confident that this topic will prove to be useful at some point at High Performance!
