Originally from California, our Managing Director brings over 30 years of corporate leadership, divisional/operational management and marketing/solution selling experience from the Media Industry in America and Australia. As both a business owner and an Australian corporate strategist, Andrew brings world’s best practices to issues surrounding cultural and change management, client/stakeholder involvement and operational talent development. In his many years as a consultant to a range of Australian companies and organisations, Andrew has acquired a reputation as a passionate advocate of world-class leadership, management, and business development strategies. He founded High Performance in 2002 in Hobart, Tasmania and has also acted as State Manager for the Australian Institute of Management 2009-11. He collaborates with the H.P. team on their client projects and personally leads many client programs. Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Post-Graduate Programs at the Sterling Institute, Wash. D.C. and Gallup University, Lincoln, Nebraska.
